This warranty is a warranty of replacement only.

We specifically do not warrant the removal of the faulty product nor the installation of the replacement product.

This warranty does not cover products that were improperly installed and were subjected to excessive loads or otherwise used to the contrary to its intended purpose.

In the event the defective hardware is obsolete or has been discontinued, SiYi America reserves the right to replace the defective product with our current or alternative product.

Please know the quantity to be changed, and be ready to write a confirmation and order number

The defective part must be removed from the cabinet to help us identify what is needed – we will need the front and back references
